I was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in the Chicagoland area. My love for animals began when my dad took me fishing when I was a child. Not only did I love catching various fish but also loved looking around for other animals like birds, snakes, turtles and frogs.
Some of my favorite places to visit as a child were zoos and aquariums. I loved observing and learning about the various animals that lived around the globe. As a result, I developed a passion for exotic animals, especially reptiles and fish.
While I love exotic animals, I am just as passionate about treating small animals.
